Remake Policy
With years of experience in the industry, Cal Dental Digital Lab has successfully handled even the most complex cases with expertise and precision. At Cal Dental Digital Lab, our remake rate is exceptionally low, thanks to our meticulous approach and commitment to quality. However, the accuracy of impressions is crucial to achieving the best results.
We strongly recommend that all clients prioritize precise impression-taking to minimize the need for remakes. If we suspect an impression may be inaccurate, we will promptly notify you and may request a new one. While we will do our best to proceed with the case, we cannot guarantee the outcome of cases involving compromised impressions.
In the rare event that a remake is needed, Cal Dental Digital Lab handles each case individually at no extra charge. However, we require an accurate impression to proceed. For cases involving precious metal products, we also need to recall the alloy.

Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is:
2 weeks for digital scans
3 weeks for physical impressions
We partner with reliable couriers like UPS and FedEx to ensure fast and secure delivery. Cases typically take 3 days to reach us from Europe or the U.S., and we complete them within 3 days of receipt. Return shipments generally take 2-3 days, making our usual turnaround time 8 business days.
Please note that customs inspections may occasionally cause delays, but we always strive to process cases as efficiently as possible.
How to Get Started
Step 1: Contact us. Our representative will typically respond within 24 hours. We offer fixed prices and volume discounts to our clients.
Step 2: Send Your Cases
Start by sending a few cases to us using our UPS and FedEx accounts at a 50% discount. Simply share the tracking number, and we’ll confirm receipt via email.
For a seamless digital workflow, you can also add Cal Dental Digital Lab to your intraoral scanner as a preferred lab.
If we encounter any trouble cases during production, we’ll promptly reach out to ensure the best possible outcome.
Step 3: Make easy payment upon receiving our monthly invoice.
